Default Toyota land cruiser in USA..?
I'm looking for Toyota land cruiser 105 with diesel. but i couldn't find anything. i just wonder is toyota sell diesel land cruiser in usa? if no why

No they do not nor ever have sold the Land Cruiser in the US as a diesel. Toyota only sold the truck as a diesel in the US and even that was only for a couple of years. Why? Americans do not seem to like diesel motors, they have a bad rap hear. Plus I do not think that motor meets the US regulations.

Toyota never sold the 105 series Land Cruisers in diesel form here in the United States. I'm not entirely sure why. Diesels do have a bad reputation in the US. Also, It may not have met the USA's emissions standards nor the saftey standards. It's like trying to find a Land Rover 110 Defender Diesel in the United States.The only way to go is Ebay. If you want one, check Ebay (not ebay.com, but ebay.co.uk or Australia's ebay) They're usually very reasonable (I'm looking at getting a LHD Defender 110 from Britain's Ebay). If you're willing to pay import fees and a few other things (averages 3000 last time I checked) that's the only way you can get one. Be warned, Parts will be hard to find.

No diesel Land Cruiser for the USA. No Toyota diesel anything for the USA. Very upsetting. Toyota stuck on hybrid.
