Default Has one used any of the Car Key companies that advertise on the internet?
A few companies advertise that they can cut Toyota chipped keys for a lower price than Toyota dealers-- are these companies any good? What sort of prices do they charge? I am wary because a local place that cuts car keys tells me that it is impossible to cut toyotas

From what i know i'd stick to a main dealer. How do you know these people won't cut a key for themselves and then come and take your car? Keys are expensive i know but i think a main dealers your best bet, i cant see toyota letting other people legally use their software or it could lead to all kinds of problems.

After cutting my key, I would want to walk outside and try it in my car to see if it works. You can not do this on line, can you?
