Pull off the entire dash section covering the radio ( just pry a bit on the left and right side) It will come out. Then remove the 4 bolts retaining the two metal brackets that hold the radio and storage bin. Disconnect the wiring harness and radio antenna wire. unscrew the the brackets. Take your new aftermarket stereo, and line up the screw holes to the holes on the metal brackets. Put in the screws. No not use the big bezel included with the after market stereo, it wont fit. Trust me that part is usually for domestic or European cars. Then, click in a new wiring harness adapter that will connect your new stereo to the factory receiving harness. Plug in the antenna wire to the deck...(for this model you do not need an antenna adapater.) Screw everything back together and there you go. New Stereo, No special tools needed. Just long screwdriver. Should take literally 15 minutes.
This model Camry does not have separate amps at each speaker or a separate amp elsewhere in the car.
