Default I just bought a 2010 Toyota Rav4?
I financed for 7 years at 7.29% and was wondering if it is possible to change finance terms to 6 years? I purchased my vehicle 11-27-09 , if I contact finance department will they consider this or am I locked in with the contract I signed? I'm looking to save $$ on the life of my loan and I can afford to pay more than I originally thought. Thanks!!

i think u only have 10 days to change your mind otherwise u will have to refinance with an outside lender

It is a simple interest loan so any money you pay more then the payment goes to equity. There is absolutely no reason to re finance as if you pay off a year by doubling some payments then it will be paid off early. You will save what you p[ay early without any interest. as far as APR, it will not get better to where you would save only a couple of dollars a month if that but refinancing cost fees all over again.
