try putting your seat belt on and see if it goes away if it does then its the seat belt warning light

That is the seat belt warning light. This indicates that the passenger or driver isn't wearing a seat belt. If you are wearing a seat belt and there is no one else in the passenger seat, try removing some items from the seat, because the warning uses a pressure sensor. If you have done all of the following, there may be a problem and have to get it checked.
