It's not a good idea to get ANY car with that many miles.
At the dude below me; With this budget you can't be picky. Yes, the Celica is more attractive than almost anything you'll find for that budget, but I searched used cars around my area and a 1999 Mazda with 90K miles has a lot more life left and is going to be cheaper to own with repairs farther into the future. I wouldn't suggest an older American car because it wasn't until the last few years they really got their act together. Although for
