Yeah, Kenny's got it right. But if you're really going to rice out a perfectly good A-to-B car and end up a laughingstock, pick the ones in the third link and save yourself at least some humiliation.

4th are the nicest, but you would look like less of an idiot with the third. I can't stand ricers. Instead of dumping a bunch of money on a crappy econocar and give it giant wings, custom paint, headlights and taillights, and a fart can exhaust, why not just put that money into a nicer car? I can't help but race these things when I see them on the road. My stock Saab stomps them every time, is a very sharp looking car, but doesn't make me seem immature. If I see a Corolla I think the owner bought it as a sensible daily driver. If I see a tricked out Corolla I think the owner stopped maturing at the age of twelve and is obviously trying to over compensate for a lack of you know what..
