If you have the 3-in-1 AM-FM cassette/CD unit, enter 108, then push the "TUNE DOWN" button and enter 431. That should unlock it for you. That usually works on this radio, but if it doesn't work, sorry but there's nothing else I know of except getting raped by the Toyota stealership. My advice? Visit toyotavanpeople.com about any Previa questions. It's a large community of owners- many of which are do-it-yourselfers.

you have to pull the radio out take the radio first unplug the 2 connectors behind then take to dealer with the vin # of the van and registration and id who ownes the van go to parts they will run the radio # and vin and get the code
