Default Japanese import Kph - Mph?
Im looking at buying a Toyota Celica which is a Japanese Import the current owner says it has been converted to Mph from Kph the speedo is in Mph but the odometer is in Kilometres is this normal?

All the cars I have had ,, various makes the speed guages have been dual,, read both .( odo in miles ) .. I think it might vary depending on the country to which it is built for ..

The Speedo and Odometer both get their signal from the same source and are a integrated















unit therefore they can be in miles per hour or kilometers per hour, i.e. 55mph = 88kph
