What does the bottom button on a 1999 Toyota Rav4 do?

Default What does the bottom button on a 1999 Toyota Rav4 do?
Today i just got a 1999 Toyota Rav-4. On the key fob there are only 2 buttons. the top button (with bumps) locks/unlocks/panics the vehicle. The bottom button doesn't do anything. I tried holding it down, and it flashes after a while. It looked like a programmable garage opener, but I can't get it to do anything. Does anyone know what the button is for?















It's a Rav-4 L, i'm not sure if that helps anyone

Why don't you call a Toyota dealership.
