Default i have a 2001 toyota highlander.the fuel injection system acting up?
sometimes it will idle faster then normal and pick up speed with out me hitting the gas.can i buy something to pour into the gas tank.will the car stop ruining?

you should do a tune up of the car also check the fuel pump

Fuel injector cleaner. Also it could be air sensors, it might think there is more air coming in for some reason, and give itself more gas...

yes go to the auto parts store and tell them they will give you something but you can try stp fuel injecter cleaner

you can go to any auto store even kmart or something and buy fuel cleaner. whens the last time you had a tune up? if its been awhile get one, along with an oil change.































If get it checked out by a mechanic if you wait too long it can cost u big time god forbid you need your injectors replaced..expensive....































you can even try a fuel tune up
