2010 camry recall? how?

Default 2010 camry recall? how?
I've heard that the 2010 is being recalled. if so why is it being recalled. and how do it? like bring it back to the dealership?

The front mats are getting caught under the gas pedal causing the car to accelerate out of control. Some complaints of cars hitting over 100 m.p.h..































This applies to other Toyotas and Lexus too.































Toyota is cutting off part of the bottom of the gas pedal until new smaller pedals are recieved.

The cars are randomly accelerating on their own. They claim it is the floor mats. But I suspect tin whiskers in their cheap ass electronics. But yes, you do have to take it to the dealer. And they will replace the floor mats. And then you pray they are right.

How? Why? Its hard to be #1 and still have the best quality. No pun intended to Toyota but after they passed GM in 2007, I've noticed a bunch of recalls. Take it to your dealership and find out if your car is being recalled.

They're replacing the gas pedals, but there's also a problem with the electronic throttle control in that there's no safety switch that overrides throttle control if you step on the brake, so that's a software issue as well, but they're not publicizing that as much.
