If you want to be safe, use a high mileage oil. Conventional or synthetics should be fine as long as it is high mileage. The reason is that your seals are very old and high mileage formulas have seal conditioners which will keep them working.
Tire pressure depends on your priorities. Higher pressures are better for gas mileage and the life expectancy of your tire. Lower (but not too low) tire pressures give you a smoother ride and puts less stress on your suspension when you hit bumps, potholes, ect.
If your roads are smooth, go with 36. Otherwise, 32.
