i was wondering how do i test if its burned...and what do u advice?

try checking for the fan's motor cable. u can use a test light or a volt meter 4 this... connect the two probes from ur test light to the motor's cable connection.. then turn ur ignition on... (engine must be in hot temp then the fan will work)... if that's the case then u hav to replace the motor.. if not, try checking 4 the water temp sensor... it might be broken...

does the car overheat?it may need a thermostat. the fan is controlled by a temp switch















at the bottom of the radiator by the lower hose. turn the key on to run position and unplug the wire from the switch--the fan should run. if not-check the fan relay in the block next to the battery. You may need the wiring diagram to check the power-so it may have to go to a Toyota shop at this point., but this info should help if it is simple. Good luck
