yup should be ok..it may constantly thump but it should be ok...only thing is if it brakes it may damage other stuff.

if its just a sway bar sure but its not going to be driving very well .... and really its easy to replace the rubber yourself.... just buy the rubber bushing you dont have to replace the bar unless its bent.... you have to worry about the tie rods or ball joints sway bar not so bad but stil need to be fix for tire wear and driving better
