Any reason why the carpet is wet for 2000 camry LE?

Default Any reason why the carpet is wet for 2000 camry LE?
The carpet under the drivers side and passenger's side are very wet. Is this because of any leakage of something?

ok heres the thing if the carpet is wet the problem lies in your heater core in which is located under the dash on the passenger side this must be replaced

It could also be a clogged A/C drain.

An a/c drain will typically only get your carpet wet on the passenger side. Does it have a sunroof? I have seen the drains on these plug. you can open your sunroof and run a hose in the channel. If it pools the drains are plugged. It should run out the drains without puddling. If you don't have a sun roof I would suspect the windshield. get a hose and a flashlight.

AC leak or clogged drain or heater core is most likely. Could have also been wrecked and there is a leak where it was not fixed properly.
