A 2007 should not need a fuel filter. If you tell your problem there may be an answer here. If you need filter go to auto zone and they will sell you one and tell you where it is. I think it is not the problem unless you have somme really bad dirt in your tank. I drive a 1984 vehicle and have never changed the filter. 160k miles.

No inline fuel filter just the 'sock' on the pickup in the tank. No need for service.
