91 Tercel: first car ,first mods?

i'm 17 and i recently own a tercel 91 (only $800), it runs pretty good, but i want it to look and sound better. it doesn't have any mechanical damages.

If you want it to KEEP not having mechanical damages, you'll forget modifying it. You don't have a particularly good vehicle to start with there, not unless you're willing to sink a LOT of time and a LOT of money into it (or you could double one or the other, but you're going to need two lots of something).

Just take everything that is broken, and fix or replace it. You ought to be able to find at least 1 91 tercel in a junk yard, so it shouldn't be tough to improve this car. Hey, if you do it right, and do it cheap, you could end up making a profit when/if you ever sell this car.

hey we've all been there with the first car. dont waste your time, save your money then buy something worth modifing.

SINCE your not gonna listen to me or anyone else. throw in some nice speakers.all new wirin.new cd deck and cheap DUAL subs. should get your car rattling down the street for under 400 dollars if your patient.

tint the windows. and maybe thrw on some 14 inch "race" wheels. you be pimpin. LOL!

sure you wanna look cool but at what cost.

i would keep the car as is and the money you save by not wasteing it on a car that doesnt need it can be spent later on a car more fitting of 50" wheels a 10,000 watt stereo 6" muffler and chrome paint job.

In short dont blow your money you will need it later.
