Does a 2003 Toyota Matrix (base) come with pre-installed wiring for fog lights?

Default Does a 2003 Toyota Matrix (base) come with pre-installed wiring for fog lights?
My Matrix doesn't have fog lights and I bought some that I would like to install but I noticed that there are some wires near the fog light holes that can be used for them. Does that mean all the wiring is pre-installed and if so, what wires can I use in the dash for the factory in-dash switch that I bought. What other materials will I need if these wires are pre-installed?

The wires are pre-installed. I personally have not installed















the factory lights, but the switch wires are behind the blank















switch plate which covers the hole where the switch goes.















Let me know if you have problems and I can ask the tech.















who installs the lights for you.
