It just won't accept more than its maximum, five masters in this case. Add a key does not overwrite. If you need more than 5, find a locksmith with the capability to clone one of the existing masters. The vehicle thinks its the same key, so the only limit is your pocketbook. A locksmith can also delete any missing keys, and those slots can be used to add masters. There must be at least one valet programmed to close the learn cycle if erase/add is used.
