The Canadian government, through the ecoAUTO program of Transport Canada, offers a rebate of $2000 for the purchase or 12+month lease of a new 2007 or 2008 Prius.

BC used to offer the reduced sales tax (up to $2000), but I don't know if hybrids still qualify (they did in the past).
