Toyota FJ Cruiser 2009 is any good?

I'm just thinking of buying the FJ Cruiser 09, but I don't have any idea if it's any good... None of my friends owns this kind of vehicle...

So is it worth it? Is it a good vehicle to own or a bad choice??

It's just great! It's great for offroading, its roomy, its stylish, and its unique, plus if you buy a Toyota you know you're getting a good deal. heres the website.

If you are going off road, and can afford the poor fuel economy, it is a good vehicle. If you are staying on the street - it is not a good vehicle.

for of roading, is the best truck, has an independent suspension that has nothing to envy the old rigid axle ones, has this 1GR engine, 4 liter, 250 HP and it comes even with variable admission valves, the central and posterior differential make it almost impossible to get stuck in mud, and the design is so retro that it really resembles the magnificent FJ40

but, if you will be only city driving, get a yaris.

i got to say, i'm a toyota technican and.... i hate it! you can't see much from inside the car, the spare tire blocks most of your rear view. the "C" pillar is 22 inches long, making parking and manuvering difficult. the engine "sounds" week to me.

i think is stupid to have to replace spark plugs every 30K miles nowadays.

i would not buy this thing. but it's up to you, the consumer. this is the opinion coming from a tech...... that works for toyota.
