Should Toyota build sportscars again?

Default Should Toyota build sportscars again?
Toyota at one time was my favourite Japanese manufacturer because they made cars that stir and inspired your senses. Cars like the Supra,Celica,Soarer(Lexus SC 300/400), and MR2. nowadays, every year that passes, Toyota gets duller and duller.I ask this all because I had a dream that magically their classic sports cars(especially the MR2) were redesigned and brought to the 21st century. I just wanted to know if there's anybody who agrees with my stance on Toyota's direction.

You mean all those corrola's arent sportscars, dont tell those kids,,, it'll break their hearts

well in a way they are.. its just not exactly what you are talking about. Lexus is or at least was last i checked, owned by toyota. They created the ISF to compete with highly tuned german cars. As far as more moderately priced v6's go?? I think if they plan on makin anything it would have to be priced equivalently to the 350z or up and coming 370z and out perform it with an awd system or turbo engine. Competing with the gtr r35 is not a good idea. So they should keep their prices low and aim for a high performance mid range sports car

i am a big toyota fan and they are coming back with some sports cars there is a 2008 supra coming out i think it looks good but im a huge supra fan.

They don't really need to since sports cars generally don't make much money.

Yes I agree with ur stance on Toyota's direction. Toyota not need to build sportscars again, bcoz Toyota is all the same. If u want to change Toyota in sportscars, u will need to change the engine of the power, the body, the sits, the bumper, the tyre, the rim & there's a lot of way to create the Toyota's car in sportscar. Do u like to read magazines all about sorts cars?
