Who's David P, and why do you think he'll even find this question to answer it?
Secondly, judging from some of your question, which is half-assed......you do need to swap pistons, rods, possibly the crank, redo the heads, gaskets, upgrade the fuel, injectors, etc; to have a turbo properly matched to an engine.
You can put a turbo on anything you want. How long it runs, depends on how well you prepare all the rest.
For a properly prepared engine, including turbo kit.....around $10,000, out the door.
Oh, and no, you don't get headers. Turbo equipped engines have exhaust manifolds. Learn the terminology.
