If you take care of it, it could last forever. If you don't, it could break within a year. But with that many miles on it already, make sure you keep up with scheduled service maintenance. That is the best way to ensure a long life!
That is pretty much impossible to answer with a real number. Historically, Toyotas have been extremely reliable, but lately they've been suffering. Mechanically, they're still sound. As long as it's well-maintained, it will last as long as you want it to.
