Car makes loud vibration noise when accelerating hard.

It should not vibrate that loudly. I have had Toyota Camry's' my whole life. The engines run quietly as that is what they are known for unless you have a V6 engine then you can expect some vibration and noise. Otherwise sounds like you need your engine fluids flushed or maybe something is loose causing the loud vibration. Take it into a dealership to have a diagnosis. They never charge for a diagnosis, but if something is wrong they will give you an estimate and you can then decide what you want to do.

Exhaust systems are pretty simple, so simple in fact, it?s hard for many things to go wrong. One of our associates who knows and works on cars, said It sounds like you may have a loose heat shield. There are sheets of metal bent over the exhaust between the exhaust and the car body to help with head. Sometimes these can come loose and make a rattling sound. If this is the case, it would be an easy fix. You don?t even need to replace it, just reattach it.
