Default I cant seem to program my keyless remote system?
I have a 99 toyota corolla and i cant seem to find this thing on my car called the ECU because i have to find that and push that and i am not sure if that is on the remote or my car because i cant find it on the remote.

the ECU is short for Electronic Control Unit (computer) and is not on the fob. Does the car have a "VIP" sticker on the windows? The directions you are describing are for that type system, but a 99 should have the true factory style remotes and the program method is much more complex-even to describe correctly in one paragraph. The dealer should only charge $40-$50 for this service and it is done. Best to go to the experts here. Good Luck
