Default between ACURA RSX AND TOYOTA CELICA which one gives less mechanical problems?
Please tell me between celica and rsx which one to choose willing to spend 10000 on the car but I don't know which one gives less problems?

I would have to say the Toyota because of the manufacturer. The Ford logo basically circles the problem.

Toyota is the best my wife can put 200k on one with no problem very good cars.

Honda has had problems with their 6 speed manual transmissions so I'd be wary since the warranty is probably gone.































Go to this site and look at JD power dependabilit ranking s for the RSX (2002): http://www.jdpower.com/autos/Acura/R...chback/ratings































Compare those rating to those of the Celica (2002): http://www.jdpower.com/autos/Toyota/.../Coupe/ratings































Per JD Power, the industry benchmark, the Celica scored higher as far as dependability.

I'd go for the Toyota. The rsx is nice but has its quirks. My brother had to replace a tranny synchro already in his 6pd tranny and his trunk is rattling now...I never had a problem with my celica and its a daily driver.
