Default i need to get a toyota part...?
it is a Fan Shroud Assembly with a Hydraulic motor 'not electric' if someone can tell me where i can pick it up or atlest order one from but not ebay

It's called a "Fan Clutch"















Some are spring loaded, some are hydraulic.















they spin at engine speed when hot, allowing more air to be pulled.















otherwise, they spin somewhat freely with resistance.















If they spin freely (check with motor off), then they are bad. if you flick one, from the 12:00 position, it should go no further than 3 o'clock position.































Any auto parts store will have this, you do NOT need to waste money at the dealer.

Go to the salvage yard, they are cheap as hell and you can find a million of them. Now puting on the fan clutch is a little tricky so you should find someone that has the correct fan removal tools.
