All that money to look cool...... How do you like having to put Premium fuel in your FJ ? You must be paying $4.00 + per gallon. I looked at one of the FJ`s with the factory lift. During the test drive with the salesman riding with me, I noticed we were nearly out of fuel.
We stopped and added fuel, then on with the test drive. I noticed how the steering was very quick. I was a little concerned about the steering responce, thinking I could get accustomed to it.
I the noticed when I hit the brakes the FJ would nose dive and pull to the right hard. Hello.. some ting wong here. The salesman tried to rebuff my question about the nose diving hard pull to the right. So now I`m thinking about Gas mileage so I asked what fuel I need to use in the FJ (PREMIUM) that was about all I needed to know.
So back to the dealer, and went home. To sum it up I like the looks of the FJ but unless your loaded $$$ the cost of this vehicle was to much for me. I have noticed several of these FJ`s sitting on Car lots (used) for long periods of time ??? $4.00 per gallon and going higher... Good Luck and forget about fuel mileage be happy with the 12 to 15 mpg your getting. Just remember the FJ is so COOL !
