Given your name, I'll assume you're in the US. The brands Lexus and Scion are part of Toyota.
Aside from that, the only car in the US that is essentially a Toyota is the Pontiac Vibe (which is slightly restyled Matrix). The Lotus Exige and Elise use Toyota engines and transmissions (modified somewhat, depending on model/options).
EDIT - the Lexus GS is NOT based on the Avalon, the GS is a RWD car, and Avalon is FWD.
In the past, the Geo/Chevy Prizm was basically a Corolla, and the last car that used the Chevy Nova name was basically a Corolla too (the Prizm replaced the Nova). Most folks probably don't remember that Chevy recycled the Nova name on a small FWD car, but they did.
