Whilst 200 quid sound to you like a lot of money stop a little to work it out
Possibly the switch might come in at say £50 to £60 and hours labour at your local garage would be say £50 but the same hour at a dealership £90 to £110 so now you could be in for about £170 VAT or had we forgotten about that at £29.75 and there you have it 200 smackers
So are you being ripped off well if the switch is faulty and there is no coverage under the warranty in view of only being 3 years old (is that just over 3 years or 11 months over 3 years) then no you are not but if the fault is elsewhere then you will have to decide
Fact, Car repairs are costly to us all and there is no way round it. You could get a slightly less costly job done by using a local repair shop but you will have to find one that you trust and there are plenty to choose from. Go by recommendation of a friend
OMG what a rip off.if its the rear/front washer all on on the one stalk, and possible indicators etc come as one unit, seems too much for what it does get second opinion, not acommon fault on these motors
