I have a 1997 corolla and it gets 30 mpg. I would assume around 30.

on my 96 4cyl w/autotrans i was getting avg 29 on the highway.































the 97 changed body styles but kept the same power tran































epa list the car at 23/30 for a 4 cyl















and 20/28 for a 6cyl both with a autotrans

of course, your actual MPG will vary, depending on how well maintained the vehicle is, and your actual driving patterns...































actual owners of the 4cyl automatic report an average 26.6mpg, while owners of the V6 automatic report an average of 22.1mpg.
