Default I drive a Toyota 2007 Yaris and the cigarette lighter fuse went out, and I can not figure
out where it is? I need to know where the fuse is to the cigarette lighter. I lifted the hood and looked at the fuse box cover and everything is abrevated on the cover and I can not figure it out. The owners manual does not help out, maybe somone can help me. I want to see if I can figure it out before I call Toyota. I wan to use my chatger for my Ipod in the car

The fuse for the power outlet/ lighter will be in the "in car fuse box" I may be located by the drivers left knee or by the drivers left foot if the car is a left hand drive model. I'm sure that your manual shows fuse box locations. Toyota has always been good about this. Look in the index of the manual under Fuses. It may be labeled as cig or ltr or outlet or something like that.

That fuse box you checked might just be for things in the engine compartment like the computer ECU.































There should be another fuse box when you open the driver door somewhere near the brake pedal.































Or pull the fuses out to see which fuse went out.















To see what fuse went out, look at the metal inside the fuses. If the metal piece is broken than that is the fuse.
