Default I bought a 95 Toyota Corolla DX, and the gas gauge is stuck above full.?

I have been told that it could be the float, or the sending unit. Is this something I can fix myself? How do I fix it?

The float could be stuck at the top of its travel, or the sending unit's connection to ground could be bad. I believe that either repair would require you to drain the gas tank and drop it down from its mountings to get at the sending unit. It's usually on the top of the tank. Unless you are knowledgeable in automotive repair, this is not something you want to tackle yourself.
