Default which is a better car: toyota highlander or toyota rav4?

I'm looking at a2005 toyota highlander and a 2007 Rav4.

I want better gas mileage (don't care if it's big)- but I'm tall and I don't like climbing out of little cars.

Rav4 simply because of the better mileage.

Might help if you would give us more info on these vehicles. The highlander is bigger if that is important to you.

Both are good, and share some of the mechanicals but are not related. If space is not a concern, the RAV4 is now not much smaller, most likely has less miles, and is cheaper to operate and easier in tight spaces.

Both of them have about as much headroom so you will fit fine in both

the rav4 comes in an i4 and a v6 cylinder configuration

as does the highlander, but the highlander also can be found (rarely as a hybrid)

so the highlander hybrid would have the best gas mileage

then the 4 cylinder rav4 then the 4 cylinder highlander, followed by the v6 verisions of the cars respectively

as for power

the v6 rav 4 makes about the same power but its lighter, for example a v6 rav4 can pretty much keep up with a v6 mustang.

i would choose the rav4 overall because it is more of a sporty car and its very relliable

Actually the Rav has more room for tall people to drive. Both equal quality depending on your needs. If gas highlander hybrid or Rav 4cylinder.
