If you want a good performing celica, keep your eyes peeled for a 90-99 All-trac Turbo / GT-Four. As for 00-05, think of it as a 2 door camry, it's nothing special. My 21 year old Mazda RX7 easily bests my friend's 02 celica GT-S.
