In the "Specifications" section of the owner's manual, there is a "Fuses" section that lists all of the fuses and their locations.
In my US 2004 Toyota Prius owner's manual, that's section 9 "Specifications," and the fuses section is pages 314-315.
There are two different fuses listed for the fuse box that is in the instrument panel (the box on the driver's side of the dash) which solely list "power windows" as what it controls. (There are a few others which do the power windows and some other electronics.)
All the power windows should work, or all should not work (such as if you have the child safety lockout switch on), if your problem is fuse related. You shouldn't be having a problem with only one window working (driver's) but not the others (passenger's) that is fuse related... Perhaps your passenger window has a defective power window motor, or perhaps there is a problem in the wiring harness or the connection to the Body ECU which would control the passenger's window.
