Check some of your locksmiths in your area. Some guys can reflash or replace those units. I know theres a place in california that swaps them out or can reflash your old unit and mail it back out to you. Its probably hit or miss but some of the larger locksmiths in your area that have been around a while could probably help you out with that one.

TOW IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP.YOUR VEHICLE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND IT WILL NOT COST YOU A PENNY,NOT EVEN TOW CHARGES.CONTACT YOUR NEAREST TOYOTA DEALERSHIP SO THEY CAN GIVE INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO NEXT.I HOPE YOU DID NOT CUT OPEN ANY WIRE INSULATORS OR DID ANYTHING THAT WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.GOOD LUCK
