Unless the warning said "Change Oil" you've just wasted time and money.

You need to get the car to an auto electrician who can run computer diagnostics on it and find the EXACT problem quickly.

Go to AutoZone.

Tell them you need somebody to run a Check Engine Scan for you.

They'll hook the scanner to your car.

They'll get the codes.

Then, they'll put the codes into their computer.

Then, they will print papers for you, saying what's most likely wrong with your car.

They'll give you estimates on parts and what could be wrong.

Then, you should set up an appointment with a mechanic.

your best bet is to take your car to a Toyota dealer instead of wasting your time running all over town, and the techs at the dealer will know more about your toyota than the guys at the parts store

First of all the VSC OFF and VSC TRAC lights illuminate with the Check Engine light and when the problem is resolved they go off with the check engine light.

The first thing to check when u get a check engine light on a new car is your GAS CAP! This is a common problem where ppl don't twist their gas cap until they hear the click(s) and then an evap system code is thrown. If the cap is not tightened all the way. then tighten it and continue driving; then after so many driving cycles the Check Engine light, and the other two, will automatically turn off.

Another thing that sometimes happens is if your air filter was checked during the oil change it's possible a vacuum line was popped off accidentally (especially known to happen on the highlanders) and caused the Check Engine Light. If that is the problem, then take it in and let them fix it for free since they did it and let them reset the code.

If it's not either of those two then it's something else and you will have to end up paying the diagnostic fee for them to check the code and determine what needs replaced.

-- Hope this helped, good luck!
