Default I'm returning a leased Toyota Corolla soon, what type of inspection and potential expenses

I should expect? I have leased the car from Toyota Toronto dealer and I have to return the leased car out of Toronto. What is the usual routine for this type of return? Car is in good condition with very minor chips on the front, tires are 2 years old.

I'm concerned the recent "Car Lease Squeeze issue" (broadcast by CBC.ca on October 27, 2008. Ref: http://www.cbc.ca/national/blog/vide..._squeeze.html)
