Default 1990 Toyota celica automatic?

I have an 1990 automatic toyota celica import and it won't start, i've replaced the battery and when i turn the key she kicks over but won't start, starting motor seems to be working fine, battery is new so what is the problem/problems

Bad Ignition or corroded battery terminals/cables. Take your pick. Also consider distributor or spark plugs and wires needing replacement.

ahh--the cooler weather...its when the bad ignition coils show their ugly faces. The cooler-sometimes damp weather makes the ignition coil work harder-especially when the plug electrodes are worn(wide gap).-remove the distributor cap and check if there is a white burn mark by the distributor shaft or arc tracks around the large terminal by the transparent part on the side of the coil. It was an issue this model had. Check the plugs and the date code on the plug wires too. Good Luck Sparkbolt
