If it is still within the warranty period, report to the Authorised dealer to get if fixed for free

Warranty expired:

Check if you had drove through muddy places (removing the mud stains if any)

Check if you had drove through dusty places (try wiping the brake disc with a clean rag)

Check if the brake disc(s) is scored (you may need a Mechanic to replace it for you)

Before you do any thing proposed by others is take water hosepipe wash the disc brakes with full pressure to expel any mud/dirt particles. Let it dry, in the meantime buy a CAN of squeaky brake spray from any motorist shop. Spray it sparingly everywhere on both sides of the disc plate, on brake pads. Do not drive straightaway, let it dry which will take about 20 mins to half an hr. I hope it should be OK now. Are you sure the discs are not scrolled? If so, you will have to change the discs or get these skimmed and replace pads; it is a big job and expensive too. It has to be done by professionals.

brake squeal comes from brake dust or whats called glazed rotors or drums and that comes from over heated shoes or pads. the only way to stop it (for a while anyway) is to have the shoes and or pads changed, the drums or rotors resurfaced, put whats called anti-brake squeal gel on the back surfaces of the front pads. you can find that at any local auto parts store. the other possibility is that you have whats on the pads called a "low pad Sensor", they are attached to one or all of the back side of the front pads. they let you know that its time to replace the pads before you start grinding into the rotors. they will squeal when your foot is NOT on the peddle and wont when your foot is ON the brake peddle.
