The BEST thing to do is to go to a Toyota dealership. They may be a bit more expensive, but they are completely trustworthy and will guarantee the repairs.
Other repair shops? Maybe less expensive, but they always cheat you in one way or another so you will have to take the car back, spend more money, and the car wasn't repaired with the state of the art the Toyota Service/Repair dept.
I have learned this from experience. I've had three toyota's throughout my life, including the current Prius.
With the dealership, you may pay more, but you will get honest and accurate service and repair.
