you can't turn off the beeper. if the key is in the ignition and the drivers door is opened it beeps to remind you to remove the keys or turn off the lights.

the beeper on some of them can be dis-connected ,its usually located under dash or near the front area sometimes in the fuse panel on those,its a good idea to have it in their though it will keep you from locking your self out a few times,good luck.

Look through the cars handbook, if the beeper can be turned off it will tell you how to.
