then say i put a 3 inch body lift, 32 inch tires on it with the same miles on the truck then how many mpg would i get?

OMG. You're insane. I would estimate 12 to 14 at best for wither case. Too much inertia to overcome. That poor little truck.....

With an unlifted V6 you'll probably get about 19-21 MPG with mostly highway driving. With a 3" lift you'll get 2-3 MPG less. I would probably regear to gain that MPG back. But you have to remember you'll be driving a truck and not a passenger car, so there can be no comparison between the 2.

You may want to head on over to toyotanation.com and do some reading on their forums too.
