Can't imagine why you would have to change it so soon but the manual that came with my Chevy Impala shows exactly how to change the cabin filter. Try the manual; instructions should be in there.

TO REPLACE THE CABIN AIR FILTER REMOVE THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT AND RIGHT BEHIND IT YOU WILL SEE TO THE A/C BLOWER HOUSING.YOU WILL SEE THE CABIN AIR FILTER LID ON THE UPPER AREA OF THIS BOX.
