Where can I find a genuine Toyota shift knob for a 2006 Corolla?

I bought my car used, and the manual shift knob had been replaced. I'm looking to change it back to the stock shift knob but I'm not sure where to find one without going back to a dealer and probably paying a rediculous price. Does anyone have one for sale or know where I could find one? The car has a gray interior - probably the most common color for this model. Thanks!

Yes, the best deals on the internet for Toyota genuine parts are at 2 Toyota dealers in Texas: (i) Toyota of Dallas and (ii) Toyota of Richardson (TX) where prices are 30% of MSRP plus S&H.
