Judging by your avatar, you may be shopping for something made of plastic.

Ok, ha ha. Since you've had both, you are probably a better expert than myself.

People are generally very pleased with their Toyotas. I understand they are a very high quality car and reliable as you'll find anywhere.

As far as money, again, you'll have to be the judge. I did, however, learn something from my pastor when i was in seminary. He shared with us that he never bought a new car because he didn't want to seem ostentatious, so he would always try to find a car that was two years old and had very low miles on it.

That way, the original owner took the biggest hit on depreciation driving it off the dealer lot, and you get a flawless low-mileage car that costs almost half of what a new car costs.

I enjoy driving quasi-classic cars, so I never took his advice.

With the new body style, better MPG (miles per gallon) and a starting price of 17,159 compared too 20,020. I would go with a corolla. The brand new 2009 body style corolla's are much more roomier and are a really nice ride. I own a 2009 Toyota Corolla S and choose that over the Camry SE. One reason was because it was the new body styles. But if your a person who feels they need more room and think a larger car is more safer then go with the Camry. 14 years in a row best SEDAN! I would go with the Corolla the MPG is really good if you drive alot.

What year?

If you are talking about the newly designed Corolla, then the Newly designed Camry is better.

People are already having problems with their 2009 Corolla's and they lost in a Comparison test against the 4 year old Mazda 3 and 2 year old Honda Civic.

And the Camry is now the worst family sedan. It was last in a comparison test with the Honda Accord, Nissan Altima, and even the Chevy Malibu.

The Accord was in 1st place. They said the Camry was in last because it had the worst quality and lazy interior design.
