Looking for a Toyota Tacoma crewcab 4x4 used. What should I be aware of?

The mileage. Since they shifted away from the 22R engine, Toyota's trucks, especially the 4x4, have really hit the owners at the pumps.































Aside from that, nothing that I've heard of - the Camry may have become less than stellar of late, but the trucks are still solid.































Be really, really sure you need 4x4 and the crew cab. That's an awful lot of capability you're going to pay for at the pump every time you fill up, whether you're using those extra seats and drive wheels, or not.
